Our Powder Coating Systems Include:

• Corrosion Resistant Coatings: Using our expertise to pair the correct pre- treatment to the correct substrate and coating. We apply coatings that are capable of being used in a C-5M category environment.
• High Volume Coating: With our online coating facility we have the ability to service the largest orders within a tight production deadline.
• Dual Colour Coating: Using techniques developed in-house we can offer a solution to the issue of multiple colours on the same part in a production environment.
• Wood Finish: We offer a bespoke wood finish in powder coating. This gives a much better lifespan over traditional adhesive finishes.

WET PAINT SPRAYING

We offer a high specification industrial wet paint service. We have extensive range of experience dealing with some of the most complex paint specifications in the world today. We regularly coat DEFSTANS, MIL-SPEC and other high end standards on a wide range of substrates.

We work closely with our customers from the outset of any project to make sure every aspect of any standard is adhered to. We believe this process should begin at the design stage and regularly consult with designers and specifiers to this end.

Our investment in the latest software technologies allow us to track in real time every part on site. From quote to invoice every operation is monitored.

PRE-TREATMENT

Matching the right pre-treatment to the right substrate or standard is essential to overall coating performance. Our experience allows us to make sure the right pretreatment is always selected for standard required.

Our phosphating plant can achieve up to a 1000 hours salt spray for the full range of metal substrates. We also offer a range of blasting solutions both on and off site to provide the perfect key for any coating application.

PRODUCT TESTING

We offer a full coating test facility for our customer’s products in-house. Our lab facilities are unrivalled in the UK market.
